THE RLC PRIORITY OUTCOMES (POs): Enhancing Integration - The RLC will be a critical enabler within the Integrated Force. Strengthening partnerships with Defence Support, the Army Support Enterprise, allied nations, Industry, and Academia will expand operational reach and flexibility.
THE RLC INSTITUTION LINES OF OPERATION (LOO) 4 – OUR PARTNERSHIPS
- ENABLING OBJECTIVE 1: Grow The RLC Institution. We will invest in RLC Institution as a hub for professional development and knowledge exchange.
- ENABLING OBJECTIVE 2: Increase Industry and Academic Collaboration. We will leverage partnerships with Industry and Academia to access cutting-edge technologies and expertise. We will facilitate training workshops, think tanks, and industry[1]academic collaborations.
- ENABLING OBJECTIVE 3: Integrate with the Military Strategic Headquarters and the National Armaments Directorate. We will strengthen partnerships with the Military Strategic Headquarters, the National Armaments Directorate, Industry, and Academia to expand operational reach and flexibility.
- ENABLING OBJECTIVE 4: Share Best Practice in Logistic Innovation. We will collaborate with Industry, Partners and Allies to share best practice in Logistic Innovation. Focussing on survivability, deception, data analytics, decision support, asset visibility and supply chain resilience.
The Royal Logistic Corps Institution has a vacancy for a full-time Deputy Director.
Role Summary: The Deputy Director is a full-time, senior leadership position responsible for supporting delivery of the RLC Strategy 2030, strengthening external engagement, and leading key institutional outputs and activities. The post holder will directly support the Director RLCi and deputise when required.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced military logistician with advanced education, proven professional credibility, and a strong understanding of both Defence and commercial logistics.
